We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. For orders below this threshold, a flat rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return your products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the items are in gently used or new condition.
Are Hourglass products cruelty-free?
Yes, Hourglass is a 100% cruelty-free luxury beauty brand. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals, and we are committed to being fully vegan across our entire collection.
